do my membership hours roll over if unused?
Unused hours will roll over up to two months with a cap of 25% of monthly allowance.
what is your no-show/cancellation policy?
There is no penalty for canceling up to 12 hours before your scheduled tee time. If it is within the 12 hour window, 50% of the booking price (or time bank for members) will be charged.
how long can I book a bay for?
Bays can be booked ahead of time for a maximum of four hours. There will be the option on-site to extend your time if there is availability.
can i share a bay with another member and/or bring a guest?
Members may share a bay, but the total time will be deducted from just one of the members. This is something you will want to discuss ahead of time.
Members may bring guests (up to 6 total players per bay), and the hours will be deducted from the member’s account.
Guests are not permitted to be in the facility without a member unless they have paid the public rate to use a bay.
do you serve food and drinks?
At the moment, we do not serve food and drinks. We are located in downtown Watkinsville, home to many wonderful restaurants. Feel free to bring something in or have something delivered!
do you provide clubs?
No, we do not. Using your own set will allow you get the best feedback on your game from Trackman.
do you provide golf balls?
Yes! Each bay is stocked with state-of-the art RCT (Radar Capture Technology) and corresponding balls, designed for premium performance and accuracy while capturing spin and other data.
What Should I wear?
Golf attire is not required. We suggest wearing comfortable athletic wear and clean, non-marking athletic shoes.
do I need a reservation?
Yes! A reservation is required.
how do i redeem a gift card?
You will redeem your gift card here using the unique code emailed to you with the gift card. Once you choose to redeem your gift card, that amount will be credited to your Trackman account. Gift cards do not expire.
How can i book now?
