No, we do not. Trackman offers a “Map Your Bag” option. Using your personal clubs will allow you to accurately gauge your club distances and performance.

do you provide golf balls?

Yes! Each bay is stocked with state-of-the art RCT (Radar Capture Technology) and corresponding balls, designed for premium performance and accuracy while capturing spin and other data.

How much time should I book for a round?

About 30 minutes per player for 9 holes and about 60 minutes per player for 18 holes.

what is your no-show/cancellation policy?

There is no penalty for canceling up to 12 hours before your scheduled tee time. All refunds are credited to the customer account, not the original payment method.

how long can I book a bay for?

Bays can be booked ahead of time for a minimum of (1) hour and a maximum of (6) hours. There will be the option on-site to extend your time if there is availability.

can i share a bay with another member and/or bring a guest?

Members may share a bay, but the total time will be deducted from just one of the members. This is something you will want to discuss ahead of time.

Members may bring guests (up to 6 total players per bay), and the hours will be deducted from the member’s account.

Guests are not permitted to be in the facility without a member unless they have paid the public rate to use a bay.

do you serve food and drinks?

At the moment, we do not serve food and drinks. We are located in downtown Watkinsville, home to many wonderful restaurants. Feel free to bring something in or have something delivered!

What Should I wear?

Golf attire is not required. We suggest wearing comfortable athletic wear and clean, non-marking athletic shoes.

do I need a reservation?

Yes! A reservation is required for entry. Reservations can be made through the Trackman app, our website, and yourgolfbooking.com. Sign-up instructions will also be available at the venue for walk-in customers located on the entry door.

do my membership hours roll over if unused?

Unused hours will not roll over.

how do i redeem a gift card?

When you receive a gift card, you will be sent a code to redeem it. Hours will automatically be loaded to your Trackman account.
